This policy explains what information Hong Kong SUONA Group Co., Limited (香港裟娜集團有限公司, Company No. 3349287, “SUONA GROUP”, “we”) collects through suonagrouphk.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we receive the details you type into the form:
- your name, company and country
- your email address, and your phone or WhatsApp number if you give it
- the product, quantity, price term and message you describe
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email instead, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores one setting in your browser, whether you chose light or dark mode, and it never leaves your device.
How we use it
- to reply to your request and prepare a quotation
- to arrange sourcing, inspection, documents and shipping if you place an order
- to keep business and accounting records
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our email:
- Netlify hosts the website and receives the quote form.
- Google Workspace provides our email.
- WhatsApp carries any messages you send us there, under its own terms.
These providers may store data outside Hong Kong. When an order needs it, we share the necessary details with the manufacturers, inspectors, freight forwarders and customs agents involved in your shipment.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your request or order, and for longer only where business or legal record-keeping requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email kain@suonagrouphk.com and we will respond within the time required by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
